Adaptive Management To Improve The Quality Of Process Standards In Inclusion Schools

چکیده
Process standards are needed to improve and enhance the quality of education. Inclusive schools as education units required use national process standards, so problems arise in learning for students with special needs. To provide fair educational services implementation effective efficient learning, inclusive must be able adapt needs This research was conducted at SDIT Al Aufa Bengkulu City. Data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation. Research informants teachers, students, principals. Also, data analyzed using Miles Huberman model. The results study that a service provider can conductively effectively, by adaptive management, making adapting them preparation planning, assessment supervision standards.
